We will post a Dee Dee update today complete with pictures!! Thank you to all those who donated for her surgery! And we again thank Pennies-4-Paws for their fundraiser for Dee Dee - they raised $1000 for our special girl!!! Dee Dee continues to recover well and is STILL looking for her forever home when she is healed. We will also consider a foster home for Dee Dee to recover in when we get the clearance from our veterinarian. Dee Dee has Bilateral Luxating Patellas (floating kneecaps). She had the worst of the two operated on last week, and will go back in the near future for the other. We glady continue to welcome donations to cover the remaining cost ($500) of Dee Dees surgery which is $1600.
