We work to educate women about their health, but education in general can improve women’s health and safety dramatically. A recent World Bank report found that women who had all of their secondary education had a 36 percent lower risk of violence than women with no education. Whether it’s a direct correlation or due to other factors that come with more education for women, the effects are clear.
