From Genesee Valley Penny Saver online: Mike Fasano III of Batavia – WINNER Just wanted to let you know of a “warm and welcoming” atmosphere that my family and I experienced on one of the hottest days of the year this past summer! We decided to get some ice cream at Lickity Splits, located in Batavia at 5099 Clinton Street Road. When we arrived there, the line at the drive thru was out to the street! We decided to “wait it out,” but we were pleasantly surprised when the back door of the building opened, and out came 3 employees, who proceeded to take everyone’s ice cream order that was in line waiting at the drive thru! They took everyone’s order, and by the time we reached the pickup window, our ice cream was ready, and the order was perfect! We were very impressed with the “crazy cool” customer service that we received! We proceeded to visit this establishment at least twice a week during this past summer, and received excellent customer service each time, cheerful and “with a smile!” It was “warm and welcoming” even on the hottest days of the year! My family and I will continue to patronize this fine establishment! We’re looking forward to those “warm and welcoming” days of summer to enjoy some more ice cream!
