We would like to share that all rectification work has been completed and all services are up and running. To thank you for your support and patience over the last few days, we would like to extend the following to our affected customers: - Affected mio TV customers will have free open access to all channels for 1 month. - Home telephone line customers whose services were disrupted will have free local calls for 1 month. - Affected broadband customers will receive a free 3-month speed upgrade of their current service. As each customer’s case is unique, we will be contacting them over the next two weeks with the respective details. Once again we thank you for your patience and support.
