In its pilot episode, the stars of the program made insulting reference to the CALL CENTER AGENTS with dialogues, to wit: ‘HINDI AKO NAG-AARAL PARA SUMAGOT LANG NG TELEPONO! at PANG WALANG PINAG ARALAN LANG YAN. “An industry that employs hundreds of thousands of hardworking people who pay billions in taxes to the government. What about them? How much do they know? How much research have they done to make such sweeping, degrading statements? Kaya nio ba magbuwis ng buhay para lang pumasok sa gabi at magpakapuyat? Pumunta sa Office khit na maysakit, masama ang pakiramdam. Magcelebrate ng Birthday at Special Events imbes na kasama ang pamilya?.. at higit sa lahat kaya mo bang magsalita ng ingles ng pitong oras at kalahati?.. yung SPONTANEOUS?.. Yung tipong naiintindihan ng kausap mo?.. SUBUKAN MONG MAG APPLY SA BPO, baka INITIAL INTERVIEW PA LANG WALA KA NA AGAD.. Ang daming tao ang nagaapply araw araw nagbabakasakali na matatanggap at mabibilang sa isa sa mga HIGHEST PAID employees ng bansa, yung iba kailangan pang pag aralan ang basics para lang matanggap sa ganitong trabaho, tapos pararatangan nio kami na BOBO?.. #BPOLIFE #BPO
