Weather Update... Rainy and raw tonight, steady temperatures in the mid to upper 50s and breezy northeast winds. Most of RI will receive up to an inch of rain, while areas to the east can expect up to 4 inches (possibly up to 6 inches on the Cape). The rain continues tomorrow morning, with some drying by tomorrow afternoon.
