Weather Update and Dropping the Heads Up! Friday there will be some coastal showers about more frequent around the Gold Coast. Friday night a upper low will try and deepen of the coast of about Bribie Island. Winds on Friday will be from the south east turning to south west with the upper low forming Friday night Saturday morning will see showers and maybe some light rain south of Sunshine Coast. But mainly around Gold Coast. The showers and rain periods will push south during the day, as the upper low which may form into a ECL moves south. Sunday Showers in the morning decreasing during the afternoon but picking up a little in the evening around Gold Coast. Over night Sunday the ECL may start to push north a little Monday as the ECL pushes north a little showers will return to SEQ mainly from Sunshine Coast south and some rain periods possible around Gold Coast. The ECL will continue to move north to around the Sunshine Coast Tuesday The ECL will weaken very early and move away from the coast and leave behind showers Over the next 4 days rainfall is no longer expected to exceed over 100mm. But strong winds will effect the area ~David~
