Tail-end of a cold front affecting Southern Luzon. FORECAST: The provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and isolated thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Bicol region, the rest of CALABARZON and the provinces of Mindoro and Marinduque will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro manila, Cagayan Valley, CAR, Ilocos region and the rest of Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
