Wednesday Oct 9 Workout Wednesday Amrap Do as many rounds as possible of the following exercises for the reps prescribed in 20mins 1. push-ups 3 2. sit-ups 5 3. lunges 7 (alt legs each round, so 1 leg first time through, other leg next round, etc) 4. side plank lift 9 (Alt each round like lunges, do a side plank from elbow, but instead of holding it, drive hip up to ceiling then come back down to floor.) 5. Squats 11
