Wednesday Weekly Workout: Squat – Press (thrusters) (you can press a bar, dumbbells, or a small child) Over-head step up (using a bar, med ball or once again a small child; hold your arms straight up over head and step up on any step. Keep core tight & engaged and chin up) Walking plank (use a small towel in kitchen or hardwood floors, put under feet and walk hands forward while dragging feet behind. Or just walk forward keeping a plank position. Sliding mountain climbers (with towels under each foot, slide one foot in at a time) Plank-knees in(now slide BOTH feet in at the same time. Advanced- pike up keeping legs straight) Crunch with 1 leg straight up in air & other leg straight out just above the ground (15 then switch legs) Twist crunch (with left leg straight up & right hovering the ground, twist right elbow to left knee. 15 & switch) EnJoy!
