Wednesday Wellness Tip: Practice gratitude. It’s easy to get cranky when we’re making lots of changes in our lives. From that space, we often fall into perpetual glass half empty thinking. Gratitude is the best attitude adjustment. We all experience discomfort, pain and even trauma. But that doesn’t mean that everything sucks. The more beauty you see the more you create. Make a regular habit of cracking open your journal and listing what you’re grateful for. It doesn’t have to be extravagant. Sometimes a cup of tea and some dog kisses are more than enough.
