[Wednesday Workout Tips] To my women workout warriors... DO NOT worry that you will get big, huge or bulky like a man... if you lift heavy weights in the gym. If youve been seriously wanting a well-toned body or arms like Angela Bassett, Michelle Obama, Jennifer Lopez or whoever else... consider dropping those 2 lb. dumbbells & lift with some larger weights thatll make a difference in your workout. ;-) The bulkiness that a man gets from lifting heavy weights is due to the testosterone he has in his body. The more testosterone a person has in their body... the larger muscles they can get... and its a FACT that women only have on average 5-10% of the amount of testerone in their body that a man has. Even with 10-20 x more testosterone in their body than a woman... there are still many dudes who struggle to get large, muscular arms, chest & shoulders. If you see a woman walking around looking like the Incredible Hulk minus the green skin... theres a chance that there is unnatural testosterone (ie. Steroids) at work. Happy workout ladies!! ;-)
