Wednesday is Diggers Member’s Garden day and today we’re featuring Wayne from Dalby Qld, who is so keen on growing good fresh food he’s started his own Facebook page with his daughter to help other people grow their own veggies. Wayne says: “I would just like to say thanks for this opportunity to show off some of my ideas and garden.. This is a great hobby of mine with great rewards.. I just love the nature around me and my rural surroundings. I am very much against chemicals in my garden as I try to do everything the natural way. I am very devoted to helping young children and young at heart to do their own little patch of vegetables. I believe you are what you eat and have strong views about chemicals. That’s why I have started my own Facebook page with my daughter to help people along the way. I love telling people about your seeds and great advice offered by your staff as it is never a hassle and always answer my emails. Our Facebook page is called Duffs Vegetable Patch.
