Wednesday nights appear to be spiritual nights at the pub! After my shift I treat myself to a nice dinner. I find a seat at the bar and I wait... Last week I met Brian, a writer. A great conversation about his book, metaphysics, quantum realities, gratitude and much more... only to reveal towards the end of the evening that I work at DAWG, his favorite station. Last night, I had a wonderful chat with a young lady... Her story had been mine over the years...the gifts of heartache, struggle and strength in the pursuit of happiness, self-love and ultimately, healing... and it reminded me of reassuring and sage words spoken to me years ago, which I passed onto her...Youre okay! And youll be okay! You may not feel it or believe it right now. But youll be okay! Youre smart, youre stronger than you think and youll be okay. And so this morning, as I walked to get my coffee with the stars and the moon still up high, I realized that the actual path we seek, regardless of our desires, is gratitude! For it is THE path from which all else is given...
