Week 4 chemo is here. Thank you, friends, for the sweet signs on our car each chemo morning. It helps us greet the day with big smiles! We appreciate it! Todays chemo cocktail is known to be a rough one. I ask that you join us in prayer today that Sammys body handles it well. My heart cries out for his suffering to be light. He will only get this concoction of chemo just a few times in this journey...we are grateful for that. Thank you all for supporting us. We are overwhelmed with the fundraisers, dinners, yard help, notes of encouragement and love for our family. Thank you for also joining us in prayer over my amazing eight year old. It brings peace to my heart. We had a good weekend celebrating family the past few days. We were 4 weeks out from Sammys surgery this past weekend so he was allowed to add a few activities back in his life. Want to know the first thing Sammy wanted to do?? Hold his little sister. ❤️ I attached some pictures. In that moment it was like his little world was right again. My heart has been burdened lately. All of my kiddos are a little out of sorts. My heart aches that I cant make each of their worlds better right now. Please keep Miles in your prayers. We are grateful The Lords mercies are new every morning. We are all good this morning and that is a beautiful thing. We continue on in this journey and are thankful you all choose to walk alongside us.
