Week 6/52: Tamales. I have wanted this particular cookbook forEVER. So imagine my delight when I found it, yes, right there, waiting for me on the Cookbook shelf at The Cat Dragged In thrift store. Ive only made tamales once, during a class taught by Johnny Vee at Los Cosas, and had a blast. Making them by myself at home is, of course, a little more daunting. Nothing a little verve (and maybe a little tequila) cant get me through!
