Week of January 5th Workout Challenge: you will need a timer set to 10 minutes, a mat, a calendar and highlighter. The workout is as follows: 10 push-ups 10 jumping jacks 10 half crunches 10 jumping jacks 10 squats 10 jumping jacks Repeat until the 10 minute time is up. If you have to rest at all, March in place until you catch your breath then continue. You should see improvement by Friday! push yourself through the 10 minutes. This is a great total body plus cardio workout. I would suggest you do it first thing in the morning. We all have 10 minutes somewhere to invest in ourselves! When youre done with the 10 minute workout: get your calendar and your highlighter and color in the box of the day you completed the 10 minute challenge. The Goal: have all boxes for January 5th thru January 10 colored in!
