Week one done! Whew! That was like nothing weve ever experienced or anticipated and I speak for the whole crew! Nearly 2000 meals in 6 days plus hundreds of cocktails. Yes, we had a few mishaps, bad dishes, late orders, etc but we all made it through and have learned a lot. We have made some changes, made some new friends and loyal daily customers. Most importantly we are family, all of us and we are not going anywhere Belfair! We have a vision, we have a plan and we are here to stay! Have you tried our awesome Clam Chowder yet?
