Week one down for Mountain Athletics training program and the results becoming intense!! I thought I was in good shape but these new running specific exercises are taking it to a new level. Starting to establish a new routine and really enjoying the variety it offers to just pounding out the miles on the road. First of 3 races about 3 weeks out so we will hit it hard some more.
