Weekend Wrap Up - August 10th & 11th We are still seeing nice keeper fluke come over the rail in both our morning & afternoon fluke trips despite the colder water.The average pool winning fish on most trips was around 5 lbs!!! Customers using Pink & Green Gulps or bucktails have been working best. Still catching the yummy smaller 1 to 2lb bluefish. Most nights we have had very good action!! They are alot of fun to catch! If you plan on bringing your own gear be sure to bring a light spinning rod or even light weight fresh water rod. Despite most nights being good action this past Saturday was a tough one. We did read alot of fish but just couldnt get the usual fast bite going. We will continue to fish for the smaller 1 to 2lb bluefish until we hear of the bigger blues back in action. (Hopefully soon) Once they are, we will target them ! 7 DAYS A WEEK - FLUKE (HALF DAY) 8AM TO 1230PM & AFTERNOON FLUKE 2PM TO 630PM ALSO 7 DAYS A WEEK NIGHT BLUEFISHING 730PM TO 1AM NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED JUST COME ON DOWN
