Weekly Fitness Challenge! Warm-ups= exercises are either 4 count or 8 count? 25 Jumping Jacks, 25 Mountain Climbers, 25 Flutter Kicks, 15 8 Count Body Builders, 15 Steam Engines, 15 Bend & Thrusts, 10 Alternating Toe Touches, 10 Cherry Pickers, 10 Arm Circles both directions, 10 push-ups...under 7 1/2 minutes! Sets of 25, 20, 20, and 15 trying to finish each under 4 minutes: Kettlebell Swings, Curls, Push-Pulls, Jump Lunges, Military Press, 100 crunches. These are consecutive. Next 50 V-ups, then the Abdominator at 35 reps for 4 sets! Leg lifts, Leg Kickouts, Reverse Crunches, Crunches! Yes, the push-pulls were surprisingly difficult; first time doing them!
