[ Weekly training challenge ] The DMT challenge This weeks challenge is utilising the principles of Dynamic Movement training that we have here at Fitness First Australia. The details: 16 kettlebell swings (men 20kg, women 12-16kg) 12 ViPR lateral tilt with side lunge (6 each side, Men 16kg, women 10kg) 8 sit through to stand & jump Complete each in order and repeat for 3 rounds. Your aim is to complete the challenge in the quickest time you can. Make sure you comment below with Im in and then post your best overall time as well. Male and female winners receive 2 weeks free membership! Youll see George St PT Mike Campbell completing 1 full round in the video below. Mikes total time was 4:28s - can you beat him?
