Weeks back someone posted an ads here in A Muneera page stating they are offering a ride. I called because i need someone to pick up my daughter back and forth from school to home.in short we closed the deal. After a week, didnt hear anything about need a ride company owned by Linda Makarthy. I called,sent messages, No answers. I called one number offering the same services, just to find out that he is the brother of Linda,he told me that Lindas Father passed away that she couldnt be in touch for a week. I understand the situation However, in a company,owners are responsible for complying in accordance with the terms in relation to agreed set up including notifying all clients of cancelling the transactions. atleast she has people to do that. To sort out, The brother sent drivers to my house,My husband asked for their license,emirates id and insurance.They promised to bring the next day,as they will start working.Yesterday, I called up the driver, he promised to pick up my daughter. I said, ill go with you,since that you dont have documents yet, He said yes, and today, as we are waiting for him at the lobby, No driver arrive.calling him,no answer anymore. It saddens me that so many people doesnt value TIME and word of honor.It is a lesson not to transact over phone anymore!
