Weigh in results... Drum roll please.... A 500 gram weight loss. And you know what, it may not seem like much but after the big results Ive been seeing it was no doubt going to slow down a little however! I did gain a fairly big percentage in muscle mass and hydration levels and I had a significant drop in fat % and I definitely feel smaller so I actually lost a bit more but gained it back in muscle which is allllllll good in my books. Remember its not all about the number, its about how youre structuring yourself for future success and my structure is coming a long just fine :) So after a few weeks of dead squats getting the technique right with my amazing trainer Rob, we finally moved onto the clean! I was so excited. The look of concentration on my face cracks me up every time. I have a very grumpy thinking face I think lol! But I just want everyone to know there is nothing wrong with being a strong girl. I love feeling muscle growing and seeing them pop out slowly but surely and I still feel very feminine so if you want to be a lifter go for it ladies. Dont be afraid. And if you dont then thats cool too. It doesnt matter how you do it as long as youre doing it. Find your love, find your thing, find what motivates you to be better and that will only carry you into greatness. We should all be comfortable with our bodies no matter what our size, as long we are healthy and happy. I am woman. Hear me roar ;) #pcos #pcosawareness #health #weights #weightloss #lift #stronggirl #muscle #deadlift #exercise #babysteps #werk #beyourownkindofbeautiful
