Weighed in and started my new challenge for 2015: eating healthy and losing 15 more kilograms of weight. I switched to the MyFitnessPal app that has Dutch food prelisted. I used LoseIt before, but I had to enter everything manually, making me skip often because I didnt know what was in the food. In 2014 Iost 16.54 lbs (7.5 kg) after first losing 22 lbs and then gaining 4 lbs in the month of December. Im proud of myself! myfitnesspal Lose It! and MyFitnessPal are basically the same, but the latter has an international food list. I unlinked Runkeeper from the LoseIt app, its now connected to MyFitnessPal.
