Weight Loss Progress, Don’t Over-Think Things Ignore the scale, especially those who do not have a large amount of “weight” to lose. I know it’s hard not to. Also, everyone thinks they are unique and that the rules don’t apply to them. When something doesn’t work that should be (not seeing pounds lost on scale), we have a tendency to panic, wonder, question, and change our whole fitness program over and over and over again. Stop this madness… I highly suggest taking a self-picture every month. Then be determined and consistent with your nutrition and training program, and then in your monthly pictures I assure you will see progress. Conclusion: Stop over-thinking things and trust the process. It works, and you are no exception.
