Weight Loss is such a challenge for millions and millions of Americans, and of course worldwide, but here in America we are plagued...plagued by obesity. If YOU stick with Nature and Her foods and juices, you WILL lose weight, rapidly...within 30 days you can easily lose 20 pounds, even those of you who struggle with thyroid sluggishness and even post menopause women. Believe it or NOT....exercise is not going to make you lose weight as much as what you choose to eat. Stick with leafy greens as your base, steamed or diced or chopped up in your salads, drink at least 1 quart of veggie juices daily and 8, 8 ounces of purified water daily. Eat fruits that are low glycemic such as berries and some apples and youve got it made. THIS POSTER will show you some of the power foods you can eat. However, stay away from too many nuts and only eat one avocado a day, and beef UP on the leafy greens and root veggies such as beets, carrots and turnips. NOT potatoes. Heres a GREAT weight loss Tonic I recommend: 8 Carrots 2 cups Spinach 1 cup Parsley 1 Lime with skin (organic) 1 Apple 1 large English Cucumber 8 ribs Celery This should make enough juice for one person for 1 day. As a diabetic, I have personally found that juicing is more effective for me than blending veggies for smoothies. Smoothies are great for berries, and cherries, though. That is when I add my hemp seeds, chia seeds, and sprouted flax seeds and other omega-3s. My goal is to do a green juice with 1 apple, 1-2 ginger root, 6 ribs of celery, 1 cucumber every morning and then a berry/cherry smoothie with 1 1/2 tsp. hemp seeds, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1-2 tbs sprouted flax seeds or other omega-3s. This routine when done faithfully ( as I have done in the past) works best for me and my health challenges... I feel strong and healthy and all symptoms of arthritis, and other pain go away... my blood pressure is much lower, and my blood sugar readings are in the 90s.~Terry Dunn Nelson
