Weight Watchers friendly snacks for camp - 1. Roast Pumpkin, Garlic and Onion Hummus: Tahini and hummus made in the TMX first; blitzed the roast vegetables and combined with the hummus and moroccan spices; blitzed coriander leaves and chopped baby spinach which I folded through the dip. 2 bowls totalled 27ppts. 2. Chocolate Nibbles: Melted 200g dark chocolate and 100g milk chocolate; added 100g dates and 1/2cup skim milk (had been soaking dates in milk); blitzed dates and milk in chocolate and added 500g tofu. Blended until smooth. Initially set in 2 brownie trays and then each piece cut into 4 and either left in little rectangles or rolled into a little ball. I then tossed them through some cocoa. 2 Nibbles were 1ppt.
