Weight management tips of the day: Keep your sweet beverages to a minimum level. Biggest Issue I did notice among most Malaysians – “I don’t eat rice, I don’t eat roti canai And Mee Hoon… how come still fat?” Then I find out I drink 1 cup of coffee/nescafe in the morning, 1 cup of Milo/teh susu during meeting, 1 cup of teh ais during lunch, 1 teh tarik in the evening, 1 sirap bandung/limau for dinner. If you add up all the calories there, its nearly and can be more than 1000 Kcal!!! Im Not saying no sweet drinks, just try to keep it to 2 or low if you can. You will be suprised how much it helps you to lose your weight! #AskaDietitian
