Weirdest thing happened today. I read on a feed from I sold it on Facebook Downriver about a lady who was really upset about being treated unfairly on trying to purchase a used fridge for her family, since her seals on her fridge were broken and it was molding because of it and had two small children in the home as well. She stated that she asked the seller first and the seller decided to go with someone else because they had offered more money (even though this particular page says thats not allowed). A lady named Marissa chimed in and said that she had one for sale. After reading the post, I felt moved and could tell she was in need and working with limited funds, so I wrote Marissa and told her I would like to make a kind gesture and purchase the fridge for her. I honestly cant say what transpired after that but she declined my friend request, never responded to my message and the post was removed it seems. So much for trying to be kind hearted eh? Oh well, maybe some other time on some other day.
