Welcome back to our Bayfit Groupies. We’ve missed you over the past two weeks! You will have noticed that the studio layout has changed, with our Bayfit operations team working hard behind the scenes to create a designated Cycle Area at the rear of studio... It is all about the Ride an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring instrcutor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training close to one another. We are still experiencing some technical issues and appreciate your patience whilst we get these gremlins ironed out. To ensure the health and safety of both staff and members during class transition we have made some changes to timetable; Wednesday evenings: 6pm Body Pump 6.45pm CX Worx 7pm Power Aqua 7.15pm Body Attack (45 mins) Thursday evenings: 6pm Body Balance 7pm RPM We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact our Group Fitness Manager direct.
