Welcome, everyone! I would love to begin this FB page with sharing my all-time favorite piece of music: La Valse by Maurice Ravel. (I will post one piece on Saturdays from now on.) The orchestral version of this piece was completed in the composers mid-forties and wouldnt that be a too big ambition to write such a great piece in my mid-forties? I only hope... Fun fact: it has only a single string-only phrase, which is the first one.
