Welcome home Marcy! Marcy was trapped tonight, she seems relieved it is over, she is in amazingly good shape, a few lbs. lighter but happy, and back on the couch, snuggled, warm, fed and happy to be home with Estie and Joe. We will have her seen by the vet in the AM to evaluate her but right now we can all rest easier knowing she is safe and warm and no more cold nights in the woods for this sweet girl. Thank you ALL especially the amazingly dedicated team of volunteers who never gave up hope, posted flyers and kept watch over the traps round the clock and over many months. Also a huge thank you to Eddie Dogman for his tremendous help and guidance in our search and to the many homeowners who allowed us access to their property after reporting sightings of our sweet girl. Many thanks to Miller Place Printing for their donated printing services. This is really a miracle and we are forever thankful to the village who helped in getting her home safely.
