Welcome to Billiards and Gaming Raffles. This a raffle site and we will be raffling off mainly new billiards supplies including, but not limited to cue sticks, cue cases, billiards ball sets, game room accessories & training aids. We may also raffle off entertainment and sports memorabilia such as autographed jerseys, balls, photos, etc. The raffle format is easy, there will be a certain amount of raffle numbers being sold to cover the cost plus shipping of the items being raffled. There will be cheap raffles and there will be raffles with better odds. For example, If we raffle off a $400 cue, a cheap format may be 40 numbers at $10 each or 80 numbers at $5 each. A raffle with better odds for the same $400 cue could be 10 numbers at $40 each or 20 numbers at $20 each. Most raffles will give the winner a choose of what they want. For example, a cue raffle may be for a choice of 3 or more cues in the same value range and the winner will be able to choose which cue they want and in what weight or whatever other options may be available. From time to time, we will be doing free member appreciation raffles. These raffles will be for a product of our choice and numbers will be given to the top members participating in our raffles. DRAWING A WINNER Once a raffle is full and all money is accounted for then we will take a video of the drawing including time stamps. The video will be posted to the page. The number will be drawn on the random number generator on random.org and everyone will be able to see the results and who the winner is. PAYMENT: At this time, we will be accepting all payments for raffle numbers via paypal. When using paypal, please use the friends/family feature so that we do not get charged a fee when receiving your payment. This will insure that we do not have to add additional numbers to the raffles to cover this cost which lessens the odds of winning. SHIPPING: All of our raffles will include shipping directly to your address anywhere in the United States. Once a raffle is won, we will order the item and it will be shipped, most items will be received within 7 business days and if there is any shipping delays you will you be notified. We will provide tracking numbers when they are available. International buyers are welcome to enter our raffles, however you will be subject to additional shipping charges to whatever country you would like your item shipped to and expect a delay receiving your item.
