Your Tribe is comprised of all those in your support system. Your husband, your partner, your older children, your doctor, your midwife, and your nurses are all part of your tribe. These are the people who are the closest to you and who are deeply invested in the welfare of you and your baby. A doula is the glue that holds the tribe together. She educates and empowers, not only the mother, but the whole family in order to have a happy and healthy experience.
