HANOI – HA LONG – HUE – DA NANG - HOI AN - HO CHI MINH – MY THO (12 days - 11 nights) Day 01: Hanoi Arrival (D) Pick up at Noi Bai In’t Airport, meet by local guide, transfer to hotel in Ha Noi. City tour to visit Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam, Ba Dinh square, President palace, house on stilt, one pillar Pagoda, the old pagoda Tran Quoc, Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake and a Cyclo tour in the Hanoi Old Quarter.. Diner and overnight in hotel Day 02: Hanoi – Ninh Binh (B/L) ABF. Depart to Ninh Binh to visit ancient capital Hoa Lu, Dinh & Le temples. Luch on restaurant. Pm visit Tam Coc Caves famous as the so called Dry Halong Bay. During a two hour boat ride in a sampan enjoy the serene limestone rocks towering over the rice fields. Come back Hanoi. Enjoy Water puppet show. Overnight in hotel Day 03: Ha Noi – Ha Long (B/L/D) ABF. Depart to Ha Long (160 km), on the way visit Hong Ngoc handicraft village. Arrival Ha Long, board a Junk, check in registration to visit Ha Long bay - World natural heritage awarded by UNESCO in 1999, visit Thien Cung grotto, swimming at Titop island. Lunch on board. A fascinating cruise in Halong Bay, visit Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail Island and visit Sung Sot Cave and a swim at Titov beach. Enjoy dinner on board while watching the sunset (it depends on the weather conditions).Overnight at the Junk. Day 04: Ha Long – Ha Noi (B/L) Breakfast on board and visit Tortoise Island, visit Luon cave by small bamboo boat, Bai Tu Long Bay, Toad island. Lunch on board. 12h00 back to tourist boat station. Pick up by your driver to transfer back to Ha Noi. Overnight at the hotel Day 05: Ha Noi (B/-/D) ABF. Visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his living quarter. Following up by a visit to The Hanoi Hilton ( The old prison during Vietnam- American war). Free time leisure for shopping. 20h00 - 24h00 Year end dinner party to welcome new year 2012 at Local restaurant or hotel restaurant with eve party night. O/N at hotel. Day 06: Ha Noi - Hue (B/L) ABF. Free in the morning, 12h00 transfer Noi Bai airport to take domestic flight to Hue. Pick up at Phu Bai airport and transfer to Hue City. Check in hotel. sightseeing tour focuses on the Imperial Citadel, built in 1804 on a site chosen in accordance with the principles of geomancy, O/N in Hue. Day 07: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An (B/L) ABF. Visit the tombs of King Tu Duc and King Khai Dinh which show the contrast between Oriental and Occidental architectures before depart to Da Nang. Luch at Lang Co Resort. Continuation to Da Nang and then transfer to Hoi An for a visit walk around a centuries-old city with ancient houses, temples, markets and handicraft workshops. O/N in Hoi An. Day 08: Hoi An (B) ABF. Free time leisure on the beach or shopping in Hoi An Town. O/N at hotel. Day 09: Hoi An – Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh (B/L) ABF. 09h00 pick up by local driver to transfer to Da Nang to visit the Cham Sculpture Museum, which boasts the finest collection of Cham sandstone sculptures in the world. Luch on restaurant before transfer to Da Nang Airport to take afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Pick up and transfer to hotel. Leisurely walk around Dong Khoi street for shopping. O/N in hotel. Day 10: Ho Chi Minh (B) ABF. Tour round Ho Chi Minh City, formerly called Saigon, features the History Museum, the Binh Tay Market in Chinatown, Thien Hau Temple. PM visit the former Presidential Palace (reunification palace), lacquer workshop, free shopping in Ben Thanh market. O/N at hotel. Day 11 : Ho Chi Minh – Delta Mekong (B/L/D) ABF. Depart to the Mekong River delta. Stroll on boat through tiny channels and quiet villages in My Tho. Lunch at pleasant restaurant inside the garden. Return to Sai Gon in the afternoon. A farewell dinner on Cruise going along Saigon river with musical show. Overnight at the hotel. Day 12: Ho Chi Minh - Departure (B) ABF. Free leisure till time to transfer to airport for departure.
