Welcome to the 2014 MOTM SPRING RETREAT. Here are a few guidelines to help with your experience. Directions: 59 north to Livingston, (there is a HEB Walmart ect there if you need provisions) take right on 190 for about 30 minutes. Look for the huge signs on the right. Drive through the reservation to the campground. Left into the camp ground, stay to the right till you get to section A . Look for a greeter station or ask for a host. WELCOME HOME! Accommodations: each campsite comes with faucet for water, electricity (bring an extension cord), picnic table, fire ring, trash can, and bbq pit for cooking. Overflow will be close to the communal cabin 2A. (cabin on the right side of the section A if you are facing the lake.) Your hosts will be providing a communal kitchen complete with camp grill/stove , juicers, coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, utensils, spices ect. There will also be two lounge areas provided. One centrally located and one at the communal cabin 2A. Cabin 2A will have opening circle at 11:11am Saturday and closing circle 11:11am Sunday and will be open for hang space, showers, additional restroom and cooking if needed. Water Ceremony and communal meal will be held at cabin 2A approximately 6pm Saturday . Decorate your space! We encourage everyone to treat their area as the sacred space that it is. Bring (christmas) lights for night time as it gets dark in the camp area at night. Personal alters, wind chimes, crystals, tapestries, ect always are welcome to personalize your space and make it festive. Communal Meal. We will be gathering as one Saturday evening and sharing a communal meal. Please bring a dish to share. The rest of the weekend all are encouraged to share in the communal eating area next to the communal kitchen but not a must. We believe Sharing is caring! Come see whats cooking. Leave no trace event! We love the land and respect it by not trashing it with cigarette butts, bottles, paper and other moop (matter out of place) when we leave. Please help keep the reservation clean when you leave. We want to be welcomed back. Quiet time- the campgrounds have a 10pm noise curfew. Cabin 2A is the furthest point away from the other camp areas and we can gather there with out disturbing the neighbors. Please bring adequate provisions to sustain your stay including food shelter and water. Wood is available at the camp area in $5 bundles at the reservation. If you can bring some wood that would be great as they have been known to run out from time to time. Bring CASH in small bills, the reservation does not take charge cards. You can pay the hosts or the front office for your stay but neither will take credit/ debit cards. We will be asking to pay for the site and a small donation for the communal spaces. Some venders will be on site as well. Set intent. Please set your personal intent for this event. Our shared vision is supporting spiritual community and come together as ONE in heart and mind to bless the waters of Mother Earth. Join us as we share and gather in Love an Devotion for the greater good of all beings. May all beings be happy. May all beings be free!
