Well, 2014 has personally been a great year for me so far. I have woke up every morning! (Though I did lose a wonderful mother in law and close friend. And witnessed way too many other people have their lives stolen.) I got to work in Lubbock, Texas laying styrofoam block and made some wonder friends at the The Crafthouse Gastropub fine Texas food. I relined a smoke stack in a Power plant, relined a heat tube, laid acid brick, worked at a refinery, and built a furnace for Rio Tinto. Plus a few commercial buildings. I reenacted the 150th civil war battle of Resaca, Georgia as a homage to JFE Hillen of Leslies Illustrated with a friend who was following his Great, Great, Great Grandfathers footsteps. I caught different kinds of fish on my Tenkara rods in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Wyoming, Colorado and explored new local streams. I have had many memorable adventures traveling with Meen Luvieen watching her smile and laugh through various canyons in Utah, and Colorado. I surrendered (wisely) to the occupational force that overwhelmed the defenses in my home. So I now enjoy fine food the soft whirl of spinning wheels and the bright smiles of Meen Luvieen. I enjoyed new friendships, and old friendships of wonderful people. May 2015 be a great year for you. So I propose a toast as the movie Casablanca portrayed a Small group of Germans did; To Amerika
