Well, 5 doctors in 3 different states and 4 Mris in 3 years said I would never do anything again physically..Said I should not train and stop following my passion..Countless people said Im hard headed, saying Im to old....Well, Im back, been training for weeks on the down low....50 years old and using my 36 years of expierence and passion to help others overcome this same nonsense...Lets do thissssss.... Never, ever, listen to the nay sayers....It doesnt matter if your 20 or 60, you can be, do and achieve anything you want.... People saying you cant do something are ALWAYS interrupted by someone doing it...BOOM......I BELIEVE IN YOU....
