Well, Alex said it was fabulous. It was a little soupy but so tasty to sop up it all up with the bread. I used fettucine because I had some left to use up, tons of garlic, fresh basil, parsley, didnt have oregeano, used fresh tomatoes and at the last minute I added a can of baby clams with some of the water so maybe thats why it was a little too soupy. If I had let it rest for awhile the noodles would have soaked up a bit more of the juice but couldnt wait, it smelled so good. I didnt grate the fresh parmigiano but did add a piece of the parmigiano rind. I went a little heavy on the chili peppers, Alex loved that!
