Well Amber finally got her wish and I made her baby back ribs. After the last few weeks she deserves it. Thinking about it while making the ribs today I thought about my father in law I had plenty for time to think they cooked for 10 hours. It was almost 5 years ago that I was promised Chicken Kings ribs the day Zander was born, unfortunately we never made it so I guess I had to make them myself. I have to say they were mighty good but I sure they were not as good as they would have been at Chicken King. So baby I hope they were worth the wait love u.
