Well, DRATS! And just like that, the lovely Maddie is gone for another week-end (sigh) I know Ive grumped about this before, but its like having a small piece of your heart torn out, piece by piece, to have your child curled up in your lap, sad about leaving you ...asking to stay with you... But there is always a schedule to be kept. I still think there is something to be said for making the parents have to do the transitioning and allowing the children to stay in the same home consistently. I think it might be easier if everything didnt have to change all at once. Maybe? Really, I have nothing to complain about, as, minus every other week-end and a few holiday times here and there...this wonderful creature resides with me. Its just that I literally hate having to send her when she wants to stay with me. And, I just love being with her
