Well FOR SALE. 1992 Chrysler Imperial. $1,000 OBO. It has 113,000 miles on it. Front wheel drive and very comfortable. It runs good and had the front brakes and rotors changed about 5k mile ago. Transmission was completely rebuilt around 90k miles. one worn out tie rod was replaced about 1000 miles ago. I have all the receipts for the last 30k miles. I have been averaging about 25mpg. That is the good. Like all older cars they have Qwerks. We call the car UNCLE BUCK. (If you have seen the movie you get it). Most of the Qwerks can be fixed easily if someone has the time. I do not have the time. Car drives just fine without getting most of them fix. Just needs a little TLC. What I know it needs front struts, AC Recharged (had est for new system at $160), probably needs rear brakes, Radio works, but no display, rear windows work, but have to hit the panel on drivers side (obviously loose wire), radio antenna no longer goes up down (Ice froze it on a trip). and needs the front end bushing replaced. They are just fine, but are dry and squeak. Hence we call it Uncle Buck. I have an estimate from my mechanic to fix all the things foe about $800, but if someone has the time I think all of it can be done for a half of that. What do you expect for $1,000? Motor is solid and I have driven it over most of the State and North California. I will entertain a reasonable offers or possible trade. I prefer Cash. LOL If interested send me a PM me.
