Well, I am getting a little tired of climbing the stairs in my two story house and it is a bit inconvenient since the bathroom is upstairs. I called a realestate agent and she came over...she said I couldnt get the market value of my house UNLESS I moved into a rental (she would find for me) and I had her crew come into my empty house and do $25,000 worth of updating. My house is over 100 years old...Im not sure that updating is that appropriate for this place. Then came the real kicker I told her I wanted to move to Anacortes. She told me I could never afford a house there. I told her I had looked and there were affordable homes. She then told me that she supposed there were some houses for regular people in Atown. I wonder if I was special or regular when I lived there?? She made it sound like Anacortes was the Hamptons or something and that everyone wanted to move there. Needless to say, I am NOT interested in working with this woman.
