Well I am glad to finally report that the walking is going much better! I can even walk with out the cane around the house some! I did have a lot of pain in my toes when I walked here I figured out if I stuff a sock over them it protects them! Was the cast pushing down on top of them that hurt! So now I can walk with out the pain! The ankle it self only hurts if I over do it! So I am hoping it is healing properly! Dont go back till Jan 31st! Hopefully to get rid of this darn cast! It is heavy and awkard and I still have to put a bag over it to shower and keep it dry! Cant wait till I dont have to mess with it! I have been out of the house almost everyday this week! And I walked into all the places we went! Now I have to find a seat when I get inside but I am proud of my self anyway! Walmart I ride the scooters! LOL! Whee! I am so glad they have those never thought about it before but really appreciate them now!
