Well. I cannot think of any other weekend where the conditions were more perfect for dressage at Nana Glen!! The grounds were perfect, the dump of rain earlier in the week, was perfectly timed to soften the ground perfectly for dressage. And the weather was fantastic over the course of the weekend. As always the volunteers are what make these events successful, I shant name you all as I am bound to forget someone, but to each and everyone of you - judges, pencillers, gear stewards, admin gals, test collectors, bathroom cleaners - your contribution is invaluable, and thank you. This time a special mention must go to Dianne Leahy, Joan Meredith, and Michelle Muller Letts who manned the canteen, and kept the food rolling out for the hungry riders, at short notice. We really dumped you in the deep end! Thank you also to the Gardiners for still getting the canteen stuff all together & ready for us, at a difficult time. And a healing vibes going out to Steph, whos currently laid up in hospital. Get well soon, sweetheart, from all at NCEC. xxx
