Well I cant tell if this is accurate so you guys decide :) Lively and fun, ESFPs love people and enjoy new experiences. They enjoy being the center of attention, and live in the here-and-now. They are people-oriented and have excellent social skills. They are generally warm and generous people who always try to respond to others people needs.They are not the best at comforting and giving advice since they feel uncomfortable with theory and future-planning but they can offer great practical support. Because they are great entertainers and do not look for trouble, they are great team players. They love to motivate others and accept anyone except in some occasions where they can deeply hate someone who may have upset them. ESFPs tend to place more importance on immediate gratification than on long-term rewards. ESFPs do not like to stick with rules and defined plans. They would rather go with the flow and value experience over theory. They may not have an extensively developed intuition, but they learn quickly by doing and interacting with others. They are bon-vivants who have a great appreciation for aesthetic beauty. They are gifted at creating special bonds with children and animals. In their work-environment, ESFPs often choose tasks that require diversity and people skills.They are flexible, fast-paced and very adaptable which makes them great managers.
