Well, I didnt get to bike to todays workshop with Scott Q Marcus, but it was fun anyway. Maybe Ill bike to Old Town for the Incredible Years meeting Monday. And to class on Tuesday again, of course...I think one of my goals for this summer will be to get addicted to getting around on the bike. Biking is all kinds of things that I need: motion, and privacy, and challenges to my less-than-adequate courage. I took the bike into town 3 times last week, and also made it to all 3 Aqua Zumba classes, and so far my body is cooperating, though it whines a little at night. And I can already feel that little twitch of anticipation: where to next? Old Town? Which way--crosstown on E, or the trail? Maybe loop it? I imagine the wind in my face, the feeling of competence. Stevo gets around on his bike all the time, and I think hes only a couple years younger than me, so I know its physically possible...
