Well, I didnt know how to say this, but I lost my job. I couldnt get the hourly quota in the trim department, so they let me go. I was there two years, loved the people and really enjoyed the work I did in the ovens department that I was also in. I liked the trim department too, but just couldnt excel. I was training in the press department while still maintaining my position in the ovens department too....but for whatever reason, they decided to nix that idea. I hold no animosity and just look forward to finding something that has a future for me. I filed for unemployment, but plan to go back to the temp agency to find another factory job. Its what I am. A factory worker...and proud of it. I tried my best and dont feel ashamed that I failed. Have to get off of facebook to do my corresponding with unemployment now and figure out how to record the jobs that I applied for on Friday. Wish me luck!
