Well I finally did it. I sent in my application to be a volunteer at perrycountyanimalrescue.org/. I said I would do it and I did. Mignon Vath and Patti Santa Preziosi be on the look out, I used you both as references along with my vet of many years Millerstown Vet Assoc.. I know I cant do much, since Im not even suppose to work anymore, but I can no longer sit and do nothing with my time. I am quickly becoming depressed. I need something positive in my daily life to offset the negative energies in my life, and thought this would fit the bill. I have thought in the past about offering to foster animals for adoption but with my home under construction and renovation, plus having a very possessive and jealous dog Heidi along with Jiffy and three cats, our home is full. Pray this works out for me. I sure could use something positive right now.
